Puzzle rules
This could be quite a tricky puzzle, but nowhere near as hard as In Memoriam. Tip: don’t forget the arrow, which makes actual digits significant, rather than unresolved pairs (so my usual A=19,B=28, C=37, D=46 marking is not particularly helpful)
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
On a green line adjacent digits must differ by at least 5 (standard German whisper)
If two digits are separated by a black dot, one must be twice the other (partial Kropki - not all dots are necessarily given)
The digits on an arrow sum to the value in that arrow’s circle (standard arrow rules)

Finally grinded this to completetion, too clever for me. I am sure that there is a better way, but I failed to see it. Or even formulate more universal pattern which would for for example determine parity for whispers. I saw that some boxes would be more constrained with certain parity, but failed to prove that it had to be that way. My break-in was to prove where 1 goes in box 8, but it took a lot of iterations, dare I say bifurbication… My apologies for butchering this beautiful puzzle :)

Very enjoyable puzzle! Took me some time to make progress, but was happy when I figured it out. Thanks for the puzzle!

Nice puzzle! I think there was a very tricky step in the middle, which made this puzzle at least as hard as in Memoriam. Although I probalbly missed the intended easier steps, as usual.
Thanks for the comment - judging difficulty is hard. Some good solvers have struggled with In Memoriam - I think that is harder to see for some people. Glad you liked this one.
