Rules:
Cave: Shade some cells such that each unshaded cell is orthogonally connected (creating the cave), and each block of shaded cells is orthogonally connected to an edge of the grid (the walls). All clued cells inside the grid are part of the cave, and indicate the total count of cells connected vertically and horizontally to the clued cell, including itself.
Japanese Sums: Place digits from 1-9 into every unshaded cell (including clued cells, if the clued cell is a letter, the digit to be placed is the corresponding cipher digit) such that no digit repeats in a row or column. Clues outside the grid are Japanese Sums clues, which indicate the sums of the connected unshaded blocks, in correct order. A ? stands for any digit 0-9, but for a double digit clue, the leading ? cannot be a zero. For each row or column, either all or no clues are provided.
Cipher: Clues are ciphered, where each unique letter stands for a different digit 0-9.
Puzzle Links: You can solve this puzzle in either Penpa+ or in the CTC Software. Answer check is enabled for any correct gray shading and correct number placement, including the cryptic table.
Solution code: Row 10 (last row), S for shaded cells.

As the main dish slowly gets down in my stomach bit by bit, I decided to take a little bite at the dessert, just to taste really, but it was so delicious that I ate it all in one mouthful ! Now back to the main course !!

Lovely puzzle throughout! Got stuck in a few places keeping track of all the rules, but ultimately was very satisfying to solve :)
