Thanks for the very nice puzzle. I must have not been careful enough since I completed it without using the condition that "all 3 lines have at each one pair of neighbors that are 4 apart"...
Can someone confirm that the condition is required?

So the CTC app tells me my solution looks good (as far as it can tell, because no solution code is given), but here it tells me my solution code is wrong. I don't know how difficult it is for an author to give the CTC app a solution code, but it sure would be nice in this case for CTC to know that my solution is no good, instead of telling me it appears okay. Anyway, back to find my error.
@RussKozerski Please be sure that on the red lines the difference between neighboring numbers is at least 4. Neither F-Puzzles, nor CTC check for Dutch or (in other puzzles) German Whispers lines compatibility. -Will Power

Great puzzle @Will, and congrats if this is the case...
@Chelo Thanks for the well wishes. Alas, No. I am well beyond those years. In fact, I just retired from my profession in January. I am always looking for items that can be represented graphically that people will enjoy. Peace to you. -Will Power

When I saw the title, I was expecting a... Something else... Well, being an Ob/Gyn has corrupted me, I guess :D
Thanks for the cool puzzle, Will! Keep 'em coming! (pun intended)
@sasheo Thanks for the funny comment. I am not a native German speaker, and use Google Translate. I made sure to use the word for delivery that also means "shipment", not "childbirth", which would be "Entbindung". Doing this probably also caused native speakers to scratch their heads until seeing the picture 8-). I hope this brightened your day. -Will Power

All three lines have at least one pair of neighbors that are 4 apart. This rule is not required.
@liushong There is a convention that, if all neighbors are at least 5 apart, the line will be green and called a German Whispers line. I was trying to prevent the questions if the lines could also be green in advance. Thank you for playing and commenting. -Will Power
