Puzzle rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
On a green line adjacent digits must differ by at least 5 (standard German whisper)
If two digits are separated by a black dot, one must be twice the other (partial Kropki - not all dots are necessarily given)
The digits in a cage may not repeat and must sum to the total given in the top left corner.

Solution code: Row 1

Wow, what an aventure ride. Consistently challenging until the very end. Thanks a lot

Thanks. A perfect level of difficulty for me. I resolved the Kropki dots and the whisper polarity fairly quickly, but then struggled to actually complete the puzzle.

Great composition!! And enjoyable solve, difficult enough but not too much. Thanks.

Fun puzzle, I enjoyed coming back to where I started near the end of the solve.
Thanks for the comment. Glad you enjoyed it.

For people who are used to these constraints it is quite easy, but I guess 2* is fine :)
For me it was 23 minutes during lunch :D
Thank you for giving it a go. I am getting a bit better at setting easier puzzles, but not at rating them ...

I find it funny that people apparently can‘t agree what the difficulty of this puzzle is. Usually, the puzzles on this site are a bit harder for me than for most, but I found this one really easy.
Thank you for the comment. I think some people are not quite expecting the relationship between cells which emerges, and others see it straight away as a natural deduction.

I enjoyed this greatly; it started out easy but then the subtle steps started to appear :) I found this about a 2-2.5*.
Thanks so much for the comment. I will perhaps persist in setting controversial intermediate puzzles ...

Fun riddle - from my point of view 3/5 difficulty.
Thank you - glad you enjoyed it. As you can see there has been a variety of comment on difficulty - I put it at 3/35 to start with, but quite a number of people were finding it easier. Thanks for giving voice to the minority!

Would rate this about 1.8 stars. Nice setting, solid puzzle.
Thank you. I had hoped it would be on the easier side. I very easily underestimate the difficulty of my puzzles.
I'm glad you liked it.

I think 2 star is definitely more appropriate than the 3 it was when I started, considering I'm usually not able the do 3 stars within an hour

Change to 2*/5

Very nice, but a little bit too easy (between 1 Star and 2 Star)
Thank you - I thought easier, but at least one good solver who tested it found one step hard to see. I will put it down to 2*
