I've had an idea similar to this for a while, but it's taken some time to finetune the exact ruleset, and come up with good bits of logic for it.
I hope you enjoy the result. Any comments, ratings, and most importantly solves are very much appreciated!
Rules:
-Normal Sudoku rules apply.
-You have been given a bunch of arrows which still need their circle, and now you have to try and attach their circles!
-Along arrows where you have carefully attached the circle straight behind, the digits sum up to the digit in the circle.
-However, on some of the arrows, you, being just an apprentice, have not attached the circle quite straight, but diagonally behind the arrow, making it slightly bent. A slightly bent arrow will slightly miss its goal, meaning the digits along those add up to either 1 higher or 1 lower than the digit in the circle.
-Adjacent digits along green German whisper lines
have a difference of at least 5.
-Arrow circles cannot be shared between 2 different arrows or be placed on top of another arrow, but they can be placed on top of a green line. The attachments between arrows and their circles can cross each other diagonally and cross or overlap green lines.
Clarifications: Arrows and german whisper lines are not part of each other, they just happen to touch each other at a point. This does not influence the placement of circles.
Arrow circles can only be placed straight behind or diagonally behind their arrow, there are no 90 degree or sharper turns.
No bifurcation is needed!

Note that in the example solution no arrows cross each other, which they can do in the main puzzle, and that in the example solution all bent arrows end up adding to 1 higher than the circle, in the main puzzle they can also be 1 lower!
