For me, a lot of fun in combining variants is to have them play off each other in different ways. For this puzzle, I took it a step further to see how combining the constraints more directly would work. I chose skyscrapers and numbered rooms - as I considered them 'middle of the road' constraints in terms of likeability within the puzzle community - and I have to say, I was surprised how well they worked together. Happy solving!

Clues outside the grid are both Numbered Room and Skyscraper

Numbered Room: Clues indicate the digit to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction where N is digit in the first cell in that direction

Skyscraper: Clues indicate how many numbers are 'seen' looking into the grid along the row/column. Numbers are visible only when larger than all numbers that appear before it along the line of sight

Kropki pairs: Cells joined by a white dot must be consecutive. Not all dots are given
