Rules:

• Each of the five letters in the grid represents a different digit from 1 to 9, which the solver must determine. These five digits are the only ones that may be entered in the grid.
• Within the grid, there are five non-overlapping regions of five orthogonally connected cells each. The five identified digits must be placed such that digits do not repeat in any row, column, or region.
• Masyu: Draw a non-intersecting loop through the centers of some cells that passes through every circle. The loop must turn on black circles and travel straight through the cells on either side. The loop must go straight through white circles, and turn in at least one of the cells on either side. The solver must determine the color of each circle.
• Each circle contains digits and/or letters representing digits. In white circles, the corresponding digit(s) must appear in at least one of the (up to 8) surrounding cells. In black circles, the corresponding digit(s) must NOT appear in the surrounding cells. If a circle contains both a letter and a digit, they should be treated as two distinct clues. For example, the "7C" circle in r7c4 is cluing both a 7 and a C, regardless of the value of C; so, if C=7 and the circle is white, then there must be two 7s in the surrounding cells.
• Cells containing circles or loop segments must not be part of regions (ie, they must not contain digits). The final solution may include cells that contain neither digits nor loop segments.
