Words Too!

This is my first puzzle! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to CHalb and BenTen for comments on the forum. Here are some related puzzles by them: one combining Renban sudoku with German words for numbers, one combining sudoku with Wordle.
Note: This puzzle requires knowledge of the English language.
This puzzle combines numbers with English words for numbers. What could be more exciting? Nothing/0!
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- There are nine doublers in the grid, one per digit, box, row, and column. For cage totals and letters, doublers function as double their cell's digit.
- Each cell value in the grid corresponds with a unique letter A-Z. For example, if 8=J then any regular cell containing 8 would be J, and the doubler cell containing the digit 4 would be J (as its value is 8). No other cells would be J, including the doubler cell containing the digit 8 (as its value is 16).
- Each cage gives the sum of all cell values inside. Digits can repeat inside a cage, but cell values cannot.
- Finally, each cage spells out an integer in English, starting from the cell with the cage total, read left-to-right, top-down. Spaces and punctuation are removed (e.g. TWENTYTWO, MINUSSEVEN).

Thank you for the shout-out!
My previous solve wasn't saved so had to do it again from scratch. Ten minutes in and I had the sudden dread that I wouldn't be able to do it again!
A very clever puzzle with excellent logic throughout. I look forward to your next installment.
