REM Einschränkung - das fertige Puzzle muss eine Drei (3) in mindestens einer der äußeren Ecken (graue Zellen) enthalten
Anti-Springer - Ziffern, die sich von einem Springer wegbewegen, dürfen nicht gleich sein
Killer-Käfig - Zahlen wiederholen sich nicht in Käfigen und summieren sich zur vorgegebenen Käfigsumme

From I started the puzzle to I finished it, it went from 3 star to 2 stars. Why did that happen?
@ Danekiller - I am not sure. It looks like the previous solve to yours was about 7 hours prior, so no one was "solving" it (and submitting a lower difficulty rating) while you were.
My assumption is the ratings are adjusted after each solve/submission. It is possible that someone previously solved it, then came back later to rate it, while you were solving.
To me, this puzzle felt like it was somewhere between 2 and 3 stars for difficulty, so maybe it was on the border and one more vote kicked it back down?
