Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The Rules:
- Killer Cage: The numbers in the cage must sum to the total given in the upper left corner.
- Square Box: Box 5 will contain all the 2-digit Square Numbers. (16, 25, 36, 49, 64, and 81) [Square numbers must be able to be read in reading order left-to-right or top-to-bottom]

Solution code: Row 8 followed by Column 8 (18 digits no space)

Perhaps changing the rule to "There is a 3x3 squares box somewhere in the grid" might give it a little more challenge for a future puzzle. Doesn't even have to be contained within a region...

Personally, I like the squares box - though it will possibly not be sustainable as a long-term feature :D

All square numbers are in one box - a bit too strong? Also there may be a better way square box interacts with other clues.
