Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits between the 1 and 9 in the corresponding row/column.
-The grey lines with two circles on their ends are double arrows, where the sum of the digits along a line must equal the sum of the digits in the attached circles. For example, r6c1 + r7c2 = r5c1 + r7c3.
-An inequality sign points towards the smaller digit in the two cells it connects.
