Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The Rules:
- Arrows : Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle.
- Black Kropki Dots : Indicate a 1:2 ratio between the digits. Not all Black Kropki Dots are given.
- Between Lines : Numbers along a 'Between Line' must have a value between the values of the numbers on its circles. (r1c3 to r1c7 and r1c4 to r3c2 are separate Between Lines)
