Sandwiches for Table Four

There's nothing worse than waiting tables and forgetting who ordered what... maybe you'll be able to sort it out?
The Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Normal quadruple rules apply - in the four cells surrounding each circle, each of the digits must appear at least once.
- [Sandwich] - numbers outside the grid must be determined, and indicate the sum of the numbers in the cells sandwiched between the 1 and 9 in that row/column. Each quadruple's value must appear as a sandwich clue in one of the two rows or two columns that touch it.
- For example, either row 8, row 9, column 6, or column 7 must have a sandwich clue of 31.

Very very cool puzzle. 4 stars for me. Like said above, it is hard to be a 100% certain about the logic you used. Luckily it all worked out :)

Phenomenal puzzle, just phenomenal (and I was going to say, I think we have very different ideas of a 3-star difficulty!)
I cannot adequately convey the fear that sweeps over you as you unwind this puzzle; you just need to cross your fingers and hope your logic was sound.
