Normal sudoku rules apply.
Each circle is the bulb end of a thermometer to be determined by the solver. The length in cells of each thermometer (including the bulb) is shown by the digit in the circle. Thermometers do not share cells or cross paths. Digits placed on thermometers must increase from the bulb to the tip.
Green "ladder" (l) thermometers may move vertically, horizontally or diagonally but must be completely straight.
Red "snake" (s) thermometers move only diagonally between cells and must make a 90 degree turn in every cell they pass through.
Inequality signs point to the lower digit of the pair.

Nice ruleset that created fun deductions to determine the snake paths, and everything neatly fell in place after.
