PUZZLE:
RULES:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Odd/Even: Digits within Circle cells are Odd.
• Renban (purple): Digits along each Renban line must be consecutive and may appear in any order.
• Sandwich: Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits between 1 and 9 in the indicated Row or Column (disregard the '/' symbol for the bottom sums).
INTRODUCTION:
This puzzle taught me a lot, about the tension between logical setting and trying to have a puzzle tell a story. It's easy to lean too hard one way or the other but the most enjoyable puzzles, at least for me, have both - an interesting enough hook, with logic that's tricky enough to unwind to be satisfying. I hope you find a bit of both here.

I liked this puzzle a lot! Very straight solve path, and a cool interaction between the sandwich and the Renbans.

Cute design and a delicate balance between the effect of the clues. I think it is the easiest one I've done so far among your puzzles, and I rated it one star difficulty. Thank you for the nice snack!

I'm not used to comment in LDM, but this time I have to.
I can say that it's one of the most beautiful puzzle I've ever solved myself or watched someone solve, especially when I found the correct upmost "bread" for the 2/3 clue and the implications of having the wrong digit there, then some others nice deductions came along.

This is a great puzzle. Fun to solve. Tricky enough and an interesting hook. I'd say you accomplished your goal.
