Normal sudoku rules. Green lines are german whispers where adjacent digits must differ by at least 5. Digits increase along gray thermometers from bulb to tip. Cells connected by a black dot are in the ratio 2:1. Cells connected by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
