Modular Magic II

This is a sequel to an old puzzle of mine, Modular Magic. If you're not super familiar with magic squares, I recommend letting Simon educate you on some of their properties before attempting the puzzle.
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
In this puzzle, the sums of the 9 killer cages, modulo 10, form a magic square. In other words: for each sum, take only the last digit. The 9 resulting digits form a magic square. A magic square consists of the digits 1-9 arranged in a 3x3 grid such that every row, column and long diagonal in the grid sums to 15.
Additionally, for each region, the sum of its cage is a two-digit number whose digits are circled in that region. For example, in a region whose cage sums to 12, 1 and 2 would be circled (in any order).
German whispers: Digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.

Very cool puzzle, it was fun and challenging to solve it.

Really fun puzzle! I don’t know why, but I had to restart the puzzle like four times. I just kept making the same simple arithmetic mistake in box 5. I could progress quite far before getting a contradiction out of that!

I don't think the diagonal German whispers line in box 8 is needed.

You're right, good spot. When I was solving it I was finding the logic toward the end more tedious than rewarding so I decided to speed up the process. The whispers line in box 7 isn't actually needed either.
