This puzzle was inspired by Kropki's Revenge by Metagloria.
Chaos construction: Every row, column and region contains digits 1-9. Regions are to be determined by the solver, and must be a set of nine orthogonally connected cells.
Black dots: Cells separated by a black dot belong to same region and contain EITHER a pair of digits in a 2:1 ratio OR a pair of digits that are ineligible to be in a 2:1 ratio with any other valid digit (i.e., come from the set 5, 7, and 9). ALL possible black dots INSIDE REGIONS are given.
White dots: Cells separated by a white dot belong to different regions and contain EITHER consecutive digits OR digits as far apart as possible (i.e., a 1-9 pair). ALL possible white dots on REGION BORDERS are given.
Lösungscode: Row 9

Such a brilliant puzzle! Great combo of straightforward yet weird logic with the dot interactions

Thank you very much for this puzzle. It's really good for a beginner to get acquainted with the variant. One must start somewhere and not from a 5 stars puzzle.

Had a minor panic when I realised I'd been working for 10 minutes with a 10 cell region plotted! Luckily didn't affect my workings out.
Thanks for the puzzle.

Some nice deductions to be made. I liked how switching between region discovery and black dot logic happened along the solve path.

Looked intimidating at first blush, but I sailed through the solution in only 17 minutes. Very nice and approachable.
