The digits 1-9 once each in every row, column and 3x3 box.
The three highlighted boxes are clones of each other. Digits within each clone must be in the same relative positions.
Digits along thermometers must strictly increase.

I do agree that it isn't a usual 1 star but it also isn't a 2 star, so its okay.

I would agree that 1.5 is a fair score, but I usually round up.
