Rules :
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply.
2. In all cases any two digits within a 2x2 region are non-consecutive,(some valid combinations like, 1414, 1358) a grey dot will be given at the center of the 2x2. Digits may repeat around a grey dot if allowed
