Normal sudoku rules apply.
On thermometers, digits increase from the bulb. Purple lines contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
A digit inside a white circle must appear in at least one of the four cells surrounding that circle.
Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.

Heh, I almost *didn't* call it Quagmire for exactly this reason :) But it's a good word and I feel like it fits the puzzle (plus, the renbans are in a sort of Q-shape).
