Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each empty cell. Digits must not repeat within the same row, column, or box.
Renban: digits along a pink line form an unordered consecutive set of numbers.
Doublers: one digit in each row, column, and region are 'doubled' for the purposes of other clues. A length 4 renban, for example, could have the digits 2235 if one of the 2s was doubled. Each digit is doubled exactly once.
Solution code: column 4 (top to bottom)

The possibility of repeating digits on the Renbans really added complexity. But after getting things sorted slowly in my head things started flowing more clearly. Lovely construction.

Well, that was a journey, and no mistake. Brilliantly constructed, and a lot of fun - I'm a sucker for a 10-cell renban ;)

I hope this gets featured on CtC - will be a feature-length movie for sure, and definitely more exciting than your average thriller.
