And what better way to celebrate than with a thematic puzzle, just like last year.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Along thermometers digits increase from the bulb end.

Horizontal outside clues are either X-sums clues or Shifted X-sums clues.
Vertical outside clues are either X-sums clues or Y-sums clues.
Figuring out which is which is part of the puzzle.
(There is no restiction on clues from both sides being the same or different.)

X-sums clues indicate the sum of the first X digits starting from the first cell from that side, where X is the digit in the first cell from that side.

Shifted X-sums clues indicate the sum of the first X digits starting from the Nth cell from that side, where X is the digit in the Nth cell and N is the digit in the first cell from that side.
Example: in a row with 514839762 the clue from the left would be 19 (3+9+7) and from the right would be 37 (6+7+9+3+8+4).

Y-sums clues indicate the sum of the first Y digits starting from the first cell from that side, where Y is the digit in the Xth cell and X is the digit in the first cell from that side.
Example: in a row with 514839762 the clue from the left would be 10 (5+1+4) and from the right would be 35 (2+6+7+9+3+8).
(In this puzzle Y-sums can only be in the columns.)
