Stare Directly at the Sum

- It's me, hi, I'm the puzzle, it's me.
- Parity time, everybody agrees.
- I'll stare directly at the sum but never in the mirror.
- It must be exhausting getting these clues to cohere.
I have recently set a few puzzles with my Parity Mirror idea.
I have tried to make these approachable and use a single constraint to see how its logic works with parity reflection.
Please let me know what you think.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku Rules Apply.
- Arrows: Digits along an arrow can repeat, sum to the circled digit.
- Parity Mirror: Odd/Even parity is reflected across the blue line.
For exampe: if R6C2 is odd, R2C6 must also be odd.
Solution code: Row 9 (9 digits no spaces)
