Hello everyone! Another attempt to study the qualities of the equidistant lines...
I believe the difficulty of this puzzle is a bit below 4.

Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the circle
Cell marked with opaque square must contain an even digit
Along the red line, digits equidistant from the line's midpoint sum to 10
Digits may not repeat along the marked diagonalSolution code: Row 2 from left to right then row 3 from left to right. 18 digits in total, no spaces
