Orange lines are Dutch Whispers lines (consecutive digits along the line must differ by at least 4).
Purple lines are Renban lines (all digits along each line form a sequence of consecutive digits in any order).
Cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 2:1. Not all dots are given.
Lösungscode: Row 8 followed by row 9 (18 digits with no spaces)

According to me it's a pity that you need a black kropki-dot and one given digit to give this (for the rest beautiful looking) puzzle a unique solution... sorry :-(
-- Yeah, I was definitely a bit sad that I couldn't make it work without those elements, but I'm still pretty happy overall with the solve path. Maybe one day I'll try to create a new version that uses just the lines.
