Rules:
Normal 9x9
Digits along arrows sum to the arrow's circle, digits may repeat on the arrows if allowed by other rules
digits outside the grid give the sum of the digits until the digit X in the grid. The digit X is one of the digits in the grid, 1-9. And has to be determined by the solver. X is the same for all clues

Magnifique ! Very nice break-in idea, and after that, a very hard midsolve for me, where I really had to explore a lot of the tricks I know about sudoku. Very satisfying flow in the end once the last hard step unlocks. Thanks !!

Lovely and fantastic puzzle! Quite tricky for me at some points after that fancy break-in but all pieces went well together at the end :)
