Rules
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Magic Square: The yellow region in box 5 is a Magic Square. Each row, column and diagonal in the Magic Square must add up to the same total.
- German Whispers: Adjacent digits along a green German Whispers line must have a difference of 5 or more. Digits may repeat along the line if permitted by other rules.
- XV: Digits separated by a V must sum to 5. Digits separated by an X must sum to 10. ALL Vs and Xs are given.

For me it only disambiguated after 90% of the grid was coloured/pencilmarked.

Concerning the magic square: I do not remember the exact cells, but I was able to make use of the XV-constraint to distinguish the groups of a German whispers-line which eventually also forced the magic square to reveal itself. If there is interest, I could review my solve and write a hidden comment.

What a lot of fun! I really enjoyed how the puzzle flowed once I cracked into it. Took me a while but well worth it. Great Job!

@satyr32: I am by far not one of the best solvers here, but could solve this one without T&E. Tbh, i am not sure that i can do that again

Wow, amazing.
I could not deduct which one of the 2 possible golden magic square is the right one, so I had to try both until one of them broke the grid. I wonder how to deduct without trail and error.

Thank you for this nice puzzle, MicroStudy! The setting is really surprising and aesthetically pleasing. The solve had a good flow and felt very rewarding.
