The Ill-Omened Mountain Climb
Normal arrow sudoku rules apply (digits on an arrow have to sum to the digit in the corresponding circle and may repeat if allowed by other rules). Additionally, any two adjacent digits (even diagonal) cannot sum to 13.
This puzzle was made for Samish for the CTC Discord Secret Santa 2022 and is reproduced with his kind permission. The ruleset is inspired by this puzzle by Fafrd.

Very nice puzzle I enjoyed it quite a lot. Although I probably took longer than I should have on it because the ruleset messed up the muscle memory of my scanning.

Fantastic puzzle and a great Christmas gift!
The solve is technical and super elegant with several very nice steps to uncover, in the tradition of miracle sudokus that it revisits with a very fun constraint to work with.
The mountain theme was the icing on the cake :D Thank you!!
