Little Chaos
Rules:
Fill each cell in the grid with digits 1-9 such that no digit repeats in any row or column.
Construct 9 orthogonally connected regions in the grid such that no digit repeats within such a region.
Grey lines connect cells that are part of the same region.
A clue outside the grid implies that the first digit along the indicated diagonal counts the number of regions that diagonal passes through. If such a clue has a numerical value, then that number gives the sum of digits along the indicated diagonal. For the sum, digits are allowed to repeat if permitted by the other rules.
Try it on the CTC app.
Puzzle:
Lösungscode: Row 7 (left to right) and column 2 (top to bottom); 18 digits, no spaces.

Thanks for the feedback, @marcmees @BHUNTER47. Since this is the first chaos construction puzzle I've made, I expected everyone to go through that part of this puzzle quickly. To keep things interesting, I kept the mid-late solve a little tricky and hoped it would be fun. Glad to hear you enjoyed solving it :D

Lovely puzzle. I actually thought the construction of the regions was fairly straightforward, but the numeric completion thereafter was difficult!

very nice. Initially got the same feeling about the chaos as Ekkojensen, but when retrying with a clear head, it went surprisingly supersmooth. thanks.

Oh wow, @Ekkojensen! Thanks for sticking with it despite the difficulty. To be honest, the puzzle has a unique solution without two of the given clues so I'm doing everyone a favor :p (this is just a joke please don't hate™ me ok bye).

Determining the regions was not too difficult, but man, the irregular sudoku it resulted in was really hard for me. Took me about five and a half hours in total. ;P Great puzzle, though, thanks for setting!

Q: the first cell indicates the number of unique regions the diagonal passes through or may the same region be counted multiple times?
———————————————————————————
Jeet: The number represents unique number of regions the diagonal passes through.
