Normal sudoku rules apply.
The digits in the cages sum to the small number in the corner.
The thermometers are slow. This means that when you start at the bulb of a thermometer and move towards the tip, the digits must not decrease (but may repeat the same value).
Some cells in the grid are super doublers. There is one super doubler in every box, row and column. The digits from 1 to 9 each appear once in a cell that is a super doubler.
The super doublers double the values of digits for the purposes of cages and thermometers. A super doubler will double the value of the digit in its cell and in all cells next to it, including cells that are next to it diagonally.
A digit affected by multiple super doublers gets doubled multiple times.
