Normal sudoku rules apply.
Palindromes. Digits along grey palindrome lines read the same forwards and backwards.
Eight Killer Knight Cages Digits in a cage sum to the small value given in the top left of the cage. Digits cannot repeat in a cage. Additionally, each cage must contain an "8".
Finally, each of the palindromes represent the 8 nights of Hanukkah by beginning and ending on the digits 1-8.
