- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Region Sum: A blue line has the same sum along each line segment in a 3x3 box (i.e., r2c8 + r3c7 = r7c8 + r7c9). The total may vary for different lines and different segments in a box are not summed together, i.e., r4c7 = r6c7 + r6c8.
- Killer: In cages, digits cannot repeat and must sum to the small number.
- Arrow: Digits along an arrow sum to the total in the circled cell.
- XV: Cells connected by an X must sum to 10. Not all possible X's are given.
- Kropki: Cells connected by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.

Really nice puzzle! I'd give this a 3 star because of the break-in (which is very nice) but I loved how [redacted] was used throughout the solve. Great puzzle!
