Arrow Battle

An Irregular, King's Constraint, Arrow Sudoku

This is a follow up to my previous puzzle, Thermo Battle. It uses the same irregular grid with a king's move constraint, but should be a bit more difficult.

Rules

Place the digits 1 through 9 in each empty cell. Digits must not repeat within the same row, column, or indicated region.

Digits must not repeat in cells that are a chess king's move apart.

The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow if permitted by other rules.
