Double or Half (killer sudoku + star battle)

Normal Killer Sudoku rules apply. Digits cannot repeat in cages and sum to the cage total.
Each row, column and box contains a doubler and each row, column and box contains a halver. For the purposes of cage totals a digit in a doubler cell counts as twice it's face value and a digit in a halver cell counts as half it's face value. Each digit 1-9 appears once in a doubler cell and once in a halver cell.
Additionally doubler and halver cells cannot be a kings move away from other doubler or halver cells. I.e. normal star battle rules apply to the modified cells.

Very nice puzzle! It looked impossible without the break-in, but it turned into a very smooth solve once I understood it.
