Full-grid Balance Loop

Rules: Draw a non-intersecting loop through the centers of all circles. The straight line segments coming out of a white circle must have equal length, while the straight line segments coming out of a black circle must have different lengths.
Solution code: For each white circle (top to bottom and left to right), enter the length of one line segment coming out of the white circle
