Broken Arrow Set
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules
2. Unique arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the total in that arrow's circle. Digits do not repeat along an arrow. All arrows are unique so that no two arrows have the same combination of digits along it in any order.
3. Palindrome: Grey lines are palindromes, which read the same forwards and backwards.
4. Kropki, no negative constraint: Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.

Great puzzle, very nice break-in, and for me the hard difficulty was maintained well throughout

Clarification: "Digits do not repeat along an arrow" rule obviously does not apply to the digit in R4C6 repeating in its arrow bulb in R5C7.
