Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

X Pairs: Cells separated by an X sum to 10. Not all Xs are necessarily given.

Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.

Offset: The digit on the right side of a grey cell indicates the position of the digit in the grey cell in the next row.

Example: R1C1=2 and R1C2=8, then R2C8=2
