Normal sudoku rules apply. Grey lines are palindrome lines. Grey lines with a bulb are thermometers where digits must increase from bulb to tip. Green lines are whispers where adjacent digits must differ by at least 5. Red cells are springboards. A digit N on a springboard indicates that a cell N spaces away is greater than the springboard digit by a value of the row or column of the springboard. For example, if there was a 3 in r2c5, there could be a 5 in r2c8 or an 8 in r5c5. When moving across rows, add the row number. When moving across columns, add the column number. Moving backwards is not allowed and a springboard cannot be correct in both directions.

I assume yes but just double checking; can you also move backwards along the row or column? E.g. in the given example, a 5 in r2c2?

Creator's note: When moving along the rows, you add the row number. When moving along columns, you add the column number.

kublai, I found a solution allowing you to add either the row or column no matter which direction you go and the solution code is not correct, so I assume that you need to use the row when travelling along rows and the column when travelling on columns as in the example

Does the springboard work according to the *shared* row or column value (as in the example), or is it also possible to have a 8 at r2c8 or a 5 at r5c5?
