Center of Attention (Qodec's Tribute Puzzle)

This puzzle has some interesting ideas for the start and the later solve should reward you even more after that, I hope you enjoy this special gift!
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply: every row, column and 3x3 box contains digits from 1 to 9 each once.
- Digits within a cage can't repeat and they must sum to the small number written in the top left of that cage.
(Note that the 2x2 cage in box 9 has the total of 22)
- Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow.
