Prison Food

This puzzle is another collaboration between me and my 12-year-old son. It's super fun to be able to set puzzles with him, and they tend to turn out really well! I hope you enjoy.

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Lockout Lines: Digits on blue lockout lines may not be numerically equal to or between the digits in the diamonds at either end. The digits in diamonds must differ by at least 4.

Sandwich Sums: Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits sandwiched between the 1 and 9 (exclusive) in their respective row or column.

Solve online:

Solution code: Row 8 followed by column 8 (18 digits, no spaces).

Lots of neat interactions between the two constraints, well done from both of you :)

Delightful use of Lockout lines! Sandwich sums work beautifully and the logic intertwines between the constraints.
