Very interesting and engaging puzzle. Some particular points felt quite tricky and had some unusual logic, but once spotting that I think they're somewhat pretty elegant :)

Strange - usually I find arrow sums harder than the given difficulty, but I thought this was about a 2-star for me! Maybe I made stronger coffee than I thought..! Very nice solve, smooth the whole way. Thank you! :-)
