Place the digits 1 through 9 once each in every row, column, and region. Cells connected by a V must sum to 5, and cells connected by an X must sum to 10. Cells along an arrow must sum to the number in the circled cell. Cells connected by a white dot must have a difference of one digit, and those connected by a black dot must be different by a ratio of two (1:2, 2:4, etc.)
