The clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the first X digits placed in the corresponding row/column or its binary form, where X is equal to the first digit in that row/column, it's up to you to figure out which clues are which.
Within a killer cage, digits do not repeat and digits sum to the number in the top left corner.
