One Zero Zero

Here is a puzzle of ones and zeros (and modified cells!) to celebrate zetamath's 100th stream. Enjoy!
Rules:
Normal Sudoku: Place the digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
1-0-0 Lines:
- Every cell containing the digit 1 has two cells that extend from it—either horizontally or vertically—to form a straight line of three cells. The 1 is always on one end of its line.
- The two extended cells (the non-1 cells) modify their digits so that each has a value of 0.
- Different lines cannot extend into the same cell, cross, or overlap, and lines cannot extend off the grid.
- Note: only the two extended cells have a value of 0—the 1s are not modified and thus have a value of 1.
Killer Cages:
- Digits in cages sum to the total in the top left corner.
- Digits in cages (modified or not) cannot repeat, but a cage may contain multiple modified cells.
Example: Below is an example of the rules interacting.
