Rules:
-Place the digits 1-9 in every column, row, on the positive diagonal, and in every region outlined by the thick black lines.
-Digits along an arrow must sum to the number shown in the circled cell.
-In a cage, digits must not repeat and must sum to the number shown in the top left of the cage.
-In the plus-shaped cages and in the plus-shaped region in the middle, cells on opposite sides of the plus shape that are highlighted by the same colour must sum to 10. All such cells are highlighted.

As the others have stated, 2* seems very fair, took 17:35 for me. But it was enjoyable. Because I am colorblind, had to use the Fpuzzles (colors showed better than CtC), but I really enjoyed the puzzle, thank you

I got stuck once, regions tripped me up. Second try went through smoother. Agreed on 2-3 stars difficulty.

Thanks all for the comments, I haven't solved many puzzles yet on this website so hard to gauge difficulty. I've changed it from 4 to 2 stars. In my next puzzles I'll make sure that you actually need all the constraints. Glad you enjoyed it!

I clicked on this because it was 4 stars. Definitely not a 4 star puzzle, 2 tops. Not much of a challenge, but I still enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing it.

Good puzzle! Definitely not 4 stars, more between 2 and 3. Also i managed to solve it without using the diagonal constraint at all
