===Rules for this puzzle:===

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Kropki: White dots join cells with consecutive digits. Not all dots are given.

Arrow: Digits on an arrow sum the digit on the attached circle. Digits May repeat on an arrow, if allowed by other sudoku rules.

Killer sum: The sum of the digits in a cage is given at the top left corner of the cage. Digits dont repeat in a cage. The sum satisfies the following conditions.

Conjugate pairs: 8 out of the 9 digits form conjugate pairs. (For example 19, 28, 37, 46 is possible). If a digit (for example 3) is present in a cage, then its conjugate pair (here 7) will also be present in the same cage. Additionally, the digit, which have no conjugate pair (here 5), does not count for the cage totals, if present in a cage.
The conjugate pairs have to be determined by the solver. Cages with no totals also obey these rules.
