Normal sudoku rules apply.
X-Sums: clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the first N digits in the row/column of the clue, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
Negators: Each row, column and box contains a negator, which causes the digit in that cell to act as its negative with respect to the X-Sum clues. Each digit will be negated exactly once.
When a negated digit is in an X-Sum range, it is subtracted, rather than added, as part of the sum. A negative index for an X-Sum indicates the sum range should be counted back from the OPPOSITE end of the row/column. Examples are given in https://f-puzzles.com/?id=2ps2azgb.

Wild ruleset! Very fun puzzle, especially once I fully wrapped my head around the negative indexing.
