(Hybrid Irregular Kropki Pairs Sudoku and Shimaguni Shading Puzzle)

Rules
Irregular Sudoku Rules Apply.
Fill each row, column, and outlined region with the digits 1-9 with no repetition.
Extra Region. Additionally, the circled cells will be filled with another set of digits 1-9 with no repetition.

Shimaguni (Connected) Rules Apply.
Shade a single group of orthogonally connected cells in each region. Shaded groups may not share a bold border. The number of shaded cells in a region is given by the circled digit in that region. All shaded cells must be connected to one another, either orthogonally (within regions) or diagonally (between regions).

Killer Cages. Digits may not repeat in cages. Digits in a cage sum to the small value given in the top left of the caged area.
Kropki Pairs. A grey dot in the grid means that the two cells it connects are either both unshaded or both shaded. If both are shaded, it acts as a black dot connecting digits in a 2:1 ratio. If both are unshaded, it acts as a white dot connecting consecutive digits. All possible Kropkis under this ruleset are given.
