All the Hidden Arrows (5x5)

Rules:
Place the digits 1-5 into each cell in the grid so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and outlined region.
EVERY cell should be a possible circled head of an arrow sum. (An arrow connects a sequence of distinct orthogonally or diagonally connected cells. The circled cell is the sum of digits along the path of the arrow cells. Possible arrow examples for 3 cells:

Did not find a nice and clean path to the solution.. was a bit of try and error.
